Returns Policy
>>Doublewoot operates based on high trust between us and our customers.
>>We take full responsibility to assure that your clothings are of highest quality !
>>All our items are inspected before shipped out and on normal occasions, we do not accept returns.
>>But, on rare occasions, we do allow returns and the details such as below :-
- Defects on clothes which we might missed out (Kindly take a picture of the stain or defects and e-mail to us(in one day right after you receive your dress!) for justifications)
- We will exchange and return a NEW piece for you if only we have extra stock in hand.
- To our regular customers (whom we have dealt with millions times, and have established high trust between 2 parties), we do allow exchanges (strictly no cash refund) due to high unsatisfaction on clothings purchased from us. (This is highly based on case by case basis and do email us at doublewoot@gmail.com for more details)
>> Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.
>> All returns request after >5 days of parcel delivery will not be approved.
>> All returns will be charged RM5 handling fees
>> All shipping charges for returns are to be borne by you.(no discussion on this!)
>> All returns must be shipped back to Doublewoot. Email us for address!
>> Strictly NO cash refund.
* Do not ever try to create your own defects(we will able to inspect the defects) as we will strictly ask for full refund for the dress and exchange of item is not allowed, future purchase will not be entertain* This had happened few times where customer intentionally tear the clothes or create their own defects due to their own reason!* Please be considerate.TQ*
