Am i still entitled for Free Postage if Payment made within 24 hours?
>>No, due to the fact that Free Postage is only applicable to those who can make payment on the SAME DAY as order.
ie: If order/reservation is made on Tuesday, Hence payment must be made within Tuesday itself and not the matter of whether it is within 24 hours or not.

Am i still entitled for Free Postage if i make deposit for reserved items/ or payment by interbanking?
>>Free postage is applicable for those who can make payment on the SAME day as order only.Normal postage rates apply for customer who make deposit for reserved items or payment by interbanking

How long can i reserve my items and how much deposit should i pay?
>>Minimum Deposit for each item: RM 20 for 7 days.
>>Deposit will be forfeited if we didnt receive full payment within 7 days.No discussion on this.

Can I return or exchange my items purchased if I am not happy with the item?

Are my items considered confirmed once I have submitted the order form?

>>At Doublewoot, all our items are mostly imported and limited in quantity.
Due to this, we are practicing a “FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE ” basis whereby priority is given to those who are able to bank in the payment first.

>> Hence, eventhough you have submitted the order form, payment has to be made asap in order to confirm the item!

>>The reason for this is because we wish to give a fair chance to all to own a fabulous dress!

>> Having said all that, we will go the extra mile to re-stock the items on the slightest chance possible!

Why is my item sold off eventhough I have submitted the order form?
>>Sorry if you have submitted the order form and but if there is other buyer who is able to make payment on that particular item first, we will sell it to the buyer. Reservation is valid if only Deposit made.

Ps: Reservation of items is not allowed even in our Showroom.

The reason behind this is to give a fair chance to all keen buyers to grab the dress.

But fret not! If you need to make a run to the nearest bank to make payment, do sms or call us as we can reserve for you for a few hours

Do take note that,  we frown upon backout buyers

I’m not from Malaysia, can I purchase from Doublewoot?

>> Do bank in the total amount as soon as your order is noted and the item is confirmed for you!

>> Once payment is processed, we will send out your items on the next working day (normally practise) via pos express or pos laju.

>> You receive your parcel within 1-3 working days!  easy peasy.

>> If you are from Penang or Butterworth,we do provide Cash On delivery(COD) with Flat rates Rm 6 for penang island and RM 4 for Butterworth

I’m not sure about my size. How do I check if the item suits me?

Normally, all our items measurements are measure laid flat and stated on each item picture.To clear any doubts which you have, do not hessitate to email us.

Can I order if the status of the item is “Reserved”?
>>Yes please do so, and we will put you on the line, just in case the reservation is canceled. But if the status says “Reserved(dep) or (cod)”, we can’t as we have accepted a deposit and it is a confirmed order.

Where are your items from?
>>Doublewoot’s items are handpicked by us locally,and some items are imported from various sources and mostly are imported from overseas around the Asia Pacific Region.

What is the difference between Pos Express and Pos Laju and Registered Pos ?

>>Pos Laju is the 100% guaranteed safest mode of delivery as it requires signature upon receipt.
It is slighest more expensive than Pos express but guarantees delivery.

>> Where else for pos express, it is 98% safe delivery as it does not require signature upon receipt.
Your parcel may be lost due to “wrong address”, “wrong name”, “parcel stolen by neighbours” and etc.

>> Registered pos is one of our famous method of delivery for payment made on the same day as order. It is very safe as it require signature upon receiving and the most important point here is that Registered Pos take about 3- 5days to reach.

When can I receive my parcel?
>>You will normally receive your parcel in less than a week after payment is made. We will post out parcel within 3 working days right after payment has been made.If you have not receive your parcel in more than 9 working days, kindly proceed with the following:-

- If you are opting for Pos Laju
E-mail us for your tracking number and contact your nearest post office . Give them the tracking number and they will pass you your parcel. The reason is because you were not home to sign the parcel and they are unable to deliver it to you.

- If you are opting for Pos Express
E-mail us for your tracking number and contact your nearest post office. Give them the tracking number and they will located the parcel for you. If the parcel is not at the post office, your parcel might be dropped off at your house and someone must have received it. Do check with your neighbour if  you have given your home address, or check with your colleagues if it’s your office address.

** We do not hold any responsibility on any lost parcel but we will try to assist in parcel recovery.

>>To prevent any delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossible to find someone at home etc.) it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly. You are advised to indicate a contact telephone.
