1. Is It Safe to Shop Online?

It is safe to shop online and Doublewoot keeps your information discreet. The payment gateway we use is Ipay88 - is an Internet Payment Service and Solution operated by Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd, a MSC status company since 2006. Also the courier service we use which is Pos Malaysia which guarantees that your parcel been delivered to your doorstep.

 2. Registering

We advice you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase.

Moreover, Doublewoot is giving away RM5 voucher with every new registration. Hurry up! While stocks last only!

So how do i register?

Click on the left bar of the page and fill out your email address and preferred password. You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list, which includes sale notifications, new arrival updates and discount coupons!

What happens if I forget my password?

Just click on forgot password and we will email your password to your registered email address.

How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
Doublewoot process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours.

What are the international shipping costs and methods?

Here at double-woot.com, we ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service and delivers within 3 - 5 business days. Signature will also be required. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:

6.Gift Services

Can I send someone a gift from double-woot.com? What service do you offer?

Doublewoot offers gift vouchers which you can purchase in the form of RM10, RM20, RM30 RM50...etc.

7. Returns and Exchanges What is your return policy?

Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only. Exchange of colours are strictly not allowed.

We do provide exchanges in size** EXCEPT for best buy items. Invoice must be included with the return dress.However, two way postage will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided. Customers are requested to mail the item via POS LAJU to us. Doublewoot will not proceed on with the exchange if the parcel does not reach us within 5 working days counting from the day the item is delivered and is not liable for loss mails.

Exchanges are subjected to stock availability and we do not provide cash refunds for such exchanges. ALL exchanges will be charged RM10 processing fee for each item+ Postage charges for us to resend the right size and the fee will be deducted from the store credit given if the item is not available in any other sizes or cash transfer to our bank account. Store credit will be given in terms of GIFT CARD which valid for 3 months only.


All exchanges are final and further requests for exchange will be denied.
*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

**Only applicable to Non–sale items. Exchanges in size do not apply to items from the Sale section.

All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns Department and they will only be handled via mail at return@double-woot.com. Doublewoot will reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order.

All return item must be returned/mailed back to Doublewoot within 5 working days from the day item is mailed out by Doublewoot. Any delay will not be entertained, hence we advice you to deal with these A.S.A.P.
Doublewoot will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will not be entertained.

There might be 1cm-4cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please email us your stats to gauge your best fit. Sizes exchanges will not be entertained.

Kindly give our return department to  process your exchange within 7 working days once item is received.

8.Backorders

What is a Backorder?

A backorder is to give another chance for customers to purchase exclusive Doublewoot self-manufactured designs which are previously soldout. Our backorder stocks will take 4-8 weeks to arrive upon the closing date or as stated on the website. We will open backorders for a limited quantity only. so do place your orders early to confirm your slot.

How do i purchase a Backorder item?

It's exactly the same as purchasing an in-stock item! The only difference is that you will receive the purchased items at approximately 4-8 weeks after the date of publish OR by the date as stated on the website.

How do i track the status of my Backorders?

We will update the status of your backorders (ie. arrived/shipped/manufacturing) at this page --> BACKORDER STATUS . We will update the status from time to time to update you if there is any delay on the shipments. *Please only purchase when you can wait, as sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed, and a full credit refund can be made if our shipment is delayed as to what we have promised earlier on*

What happens when I purchase a Backorder along with an in-stock item?

If you have purchase a backorder item along with an in-stock item(s), we will deliver your in-stock item(s) first. We do not hold any in-stock piece(s) or combine shipping. We provide FREE delivery via Pos Laju throughout Malaysia (any ONE items purchased).


9. How does the Loyalty Program work?
